Arugula
Arugula:The unmistakable salad spiker! Add to green salads or simply serve alone with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, and a touch of shredded Parmesan. Arugula may also be wilted over pasta. If cut, store in the refrigerator in a plastic bag. If bunched with roots, remove the rubber band immediately, and store in a bag. Do not clip the roots until you are ready to use.
