Cabbage - Mini: This thin, compact variety comes in red or white, both with fantastic flavor either cooked or raw.  Use in soups, is slaw, cut thin and added to green salad, or cut into strips and stir fried with onion, garlic, oil, and a splash of tamari.  Store in a plastic bag in the fridge.
